Chocolate Breakfast Pudding

Tell me, who doesn't want chocolate pudding for breakfast? Ok - so this one might not taste exactly like that nostalgic kind in the plastic cups from childhood, but it's still got a heavy dose of chocolate awesomeness and, more importantly, a heavy dose of nutrient-packed awesomeness to help you be your most bad ass self. And no, you do not taste the avocado OR the spinach. 


Ingredients:

1/2 avocado

1 generous handful of spinach

4-5 baby carrots

1/2 banana

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (we used THIS one in the recipe)

1 TBS nut butter

1/4-1/2 cup of water

Sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes, if desired

Process:

Place all items in a high-powered blender (we love the Ninja blender HERE). Play with water content for your desired consistency. Consume in large bowl with spoon.
