Roasted Pork Chops & Broccoli

I'm not a big pork eater, but sometimes a big salty pork chop really hits the spot. Again, try to get your piggies (or any meat, for that matter) as humanely-raised as possible. If you're in search for some carbs, a small red/purple potato would go delightfully with this dish.


Ingredients:

8-12oz pound pork chops, bone-in

3/4-1lb frozen broccoli

Italian herb seasoning

1-2 TBS olive oil

Process:

Step 1: Heat up your oven to about 400 degrees. Or 405. Or 412. Whatevs.

Step 2: Put some foil on two baking sheets, one for the broc, one for the pork.

Step 3: Cover your broccoli with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover your pork chop(s) with a crapload of seasoning.

Step 4: Bake for about 45 minutes, checking on the broccoli and shifting it around about half-way through just to make sure it's a-ok. Consume your chop with some applesauce if you want to get all old school with it.
