I was up and out early this morning for a function - lots of sitting, standing, walking. Then went shopping for the weekend meals for twelve people - 3.5 hours. Packed up and drove 2 hours. Unloaded the car. Six or seven trips lugging bags from car to cottage. And I am neither tired nor achy.
