Lemon & Apple Tuna Salad

Salads don't have to suck, really. And if your salads do suck, well, then they aren't the salad for you. This is a super easy but delish salad to whip up in minutes flat. Don't like tuna? No biggie, sub out for some chicken. Not a meat-eater? Cool, top it with some beans or quinoa. Not digging on a golden delicious apple? No need to sweat it, slap on a granny smith or even a handful of grapes or berries. Variety is the spice of life, no?
1 packet of lemon pepper tuna (check ingredients for pseudo-food)
4-6 baby tomatoes
Small handful of sugar snap peas
3-4 baby carrots
~2 cups spinach
1/2-1 diced apple
1 TBS lemon herb aioli
1 TBS olive oil
Step 1: Chop up your veg (veg, not vag). Dice up your baby carrots, snap peas, and tomatoes if desired (use your teeth if you want to, we won't judge). While your at it, chop up that apple or other delicious fruit.
Step 2: Place all your leafy greens on a big dish, then top with veggies + fruit. Add tuna.
Step 3: Mix together aioli + oil together, whisking if possible to really blend. Cover over salad.
