Ground Beef with Cherry Tomatoes & Peas

So, the name of this meal is totally boring, so if you can think of a better one just leave a comment below. And technically, this isn't just beef, tomatoes, and peas, but also onions, mushrooms, and spinach. This means you're getting in five different vegetables, just in one meal. Pretty great, huh?

Feel free to add in some extra veggies if you're feeling especially saucy, like kale or garlic.


Ingredients:

Generous handful of cooked ground beef

Coconut oil/olive oil

4-6 cherry tomatoes, diced if you're feeling fancy

1-2 slices of red onion, diced

Small handful of frozen peas

Large handful of spinach

Small handful of mushrooms

Italian seasoning & sea salt

Process:

Step 1: Heat up a small pan with coconut oil. Add in your veggies first until they cooked down a bit and start changing color.

Step 2: Add your pre-cooked ground beef. Add in some italian seasoning or some other fancy herbs here.

Step 3: Remove from heat once everything is warmed & enjoy!
