This is where we root in & start deep, laying down the foundations for a successful year.
PHASE II: Sprouting (2 months)
Here we learn how to build self-efficacy, discipline, commitment, & most importantly, self-compassion.
PHASE III: Growing (4 months)
This is where we overcome our biggest challenges & experience productive growth for our mind, body & spirit.
PHASE IV: Blossoming (2 months)
We begin to truly open up in this phase with an authentically loving perspective on our movement practice, ourselves, & our body.
PHASE V: Thriving (2 months)
The last phase is one of thriving & mastery. This is where we reflect on the past year, express gratitude, & fine tune our practice for a life of thriving.
