This is almost as lazy as you can get, except that you will have to open a can. For the effort, this is one of my favorite quickie snacks for a good hit of healthy fat & carbs.
Bonus: You can sub the strawberries for other fruit such as bananas, blueberries, or blackberries. Some fruits will do better than others (I wasn't fond of the mango & kiwi), so play around with the variety.
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, or other fruit
1/4 cup canned, unsweetened coconut milk (check ingredients!)
2-4 TBS water, as needed for blending
Put that baby in a blender like the Ninja or Magic Bullet, and consume immediately after. Add extra ice cubes if it's not "sorbet-y" enough, or add a bit of stevia if it isn't sweet enough. Place in cute dish & let your dog eat the leftovers because how can you say no to that face?!
