Grain-Free No Bake Cookies

Serves: 6 (1 each)

These cookies are really actually pretty ridiculous because they're not really cookies. They're like, balls of nut butter flattened with chocolate chips in them. But, hey, it's a good whack of fat if you need a hearty snack, they're crazy dense & filling, & chocolate. So... You know. Need we say more?

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup nut butter

1.5-2 TBS honey

1/2 TSP vanilla extract

1/2 scoop protein powder

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Process:

Step 1: Mix ingredients together, then fold in chocolate chips.

Step 2: Roll into balls, and then flatten into "cookies" & put them in the fridge on a plate.

Step 3: Don't be surprised if they are totally not like cookies at all, but that maybe they kind of look like cookies so we can get by with calling them that. Whatever, cookie-esque snacks are still good too, right?
