"So Lazy Can't Chew My Veggies" Smoothie

Sometimes, we're just not so great about eating our produce, right? I'd personally rather feast on a hearty rotisserie when I'm hungry rather than munch on a pile of apples & carrots. So some days, it's not a bad idea to just blend up some veggies & low-sugar fruit, even twice or more a day, and get on with your bad self. Plus, the bonus of blending these vs juicing these is you still have all that fiber for a good ol' pooping time. 



2 celery stalks

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/4-1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 handful frozen/raw spinach

4-6 baby carrots

1 packet of stevia



Chia seeds

Lemon/lime juice


Shove all your ingredients into a blender until smooth. Drink immediately to avoid the dreaded Veggie Chunk. Refreshing!
