1-1 PRIVATE COACHING
For the woman who may have a physical limitation, limited experience with exercise, or struggling with a past injury that has interfered with starting or maintaining a movement practice that feels good, safe & efficient. Through private coaching, you can reclaim your strength, mobility & confidence.
Live or recorded 1-2hr online workshops on all things kettlebells, movement, nutrition, strength, and what it means to be a strong woman. Workshops will typically have a theory/educational portion & an interactive coaching portion.
SMALL GROUP COACHING
For the woman who needs to get back on track with her strength & nutrition in a way that doesn't require long hours at the gym or dieting. We emphasis personal growth, self-efficacy, & self-awareness so moving well and moving often becomes a natural extension of who you are. Note: Openings limited to 3 times per year.
ONLINE KETTLEBELL TRAINING
For the woman who wants a more self-paced, at-home strength program from a certified StrongFirst kettlebell instructor that is timeless, flexible, & effective. Expect to become a true "Student of Strength".
