I've had HUNDREDS of conversations with exhausted women who are so freaking tired of putting everybody & everything before themselves. They want to give their body more love, attention, & energy. They want to embody strength, confidence, & self-love, WHOLEheartedly.
But it's challenging, isn't it?
I realized that these women didn't need more "tips & tricks" on how to eat well & move more.
They just needed to get REAL with themselves.
They needed an opportunity to look INSIDE themselves. To get massively clear on how they really wanted to show up for themselves. To release the baggage that was holding them back. To put the power back in themselves.
I created this workshop for women who wanted to step into that power and finally make a fierce commitment to their strongest self.
In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to:
